Description for Internal Candidates This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed. Job Description and Requirements Specialty: ICU & CVICU Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks 36 Hours per week available Shifts available: PM and AM Employment Type: Local or Travel Contracts Facilities: Piedmont Medical Center. Local Contract pay currently $70 ICU & CVICU $75 an hour. Travel Contracts are approx $2300 ICU & CVICU $2520 weekly. Contract pay can change according to market conditions and this rate is not guaranteed. You must speak with a Recruiter to confirm rates at time of signing a 13 week contract.
