About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join its global, Christ-centered nonprofit. The CRO will be the first executive-level revenue leader, responsible for leading the Partnership and Marketing and Communications teams. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to nourish children's bodies and souls, with a focus on innovative meal packing programs and rich discipleship resources. The ideal candidate will be a strategic entrepreneur with a strong business background, capable of analyzing and accelerating existing revenue streams, and bringing innovative thinking to fuel the next season of growth. The CRO must also embody the missional conviction of a devoted follower of Christ, ensuring that the revenue strategy aligns with the company's culture and drives the necessary growth to meet an expanding worldwide call. Candidates for the CRO position at the company should have a proven track record in revenue generation, with experience in diverse and innovative channels. The role requires a leader who can work closely with the executive team, particularly the President and CEO, and who is adept at leading and inspiring teams. A deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, particularly in the context of global operations and local church partnerships, is essential. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a passionate advocate for the organization's mission. A background in business development, marketing, or a related field is necessary, and a strong alignment with the values and beliefs of the organization is a must.
