As a Security Officer Full Time Personnel Screening in Mooresville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and/or materials in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly, document security-related activities, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.78 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and team members by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or deliveries entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures, reporting prohibited or unusual items and access concerns.
• Verify credentials, delivery documentation, and authorized access for individuals entering restricted warehouse, distribution, and logistics areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate screening-related logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and conduct regular or random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
