Support Engineer
2T Consulting
We are seeking an experienced Tonkean Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Tonkean-based applications, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Tonkean Platform, workflow automation, enterprise application integrations, incident management, and production support.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Tonkean Platform administration and support .
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and process orchestration.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting .
- Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday , or similar enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook , and collaboration tools.
- Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Tonkean applications, workflows, modules, and integrations.
- Monitor Tonkean solutions and troubleshoot workflow, notification, form, API, and integration issues.
- Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Configure and enhance Tonkean modules, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards .
- Support business users during UAT, production deployments, releases, and hypercare .
- Troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and governance controls.
- Perform release validation and support production migrations.
- Maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate with business teams, application teams, and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL, Agile, change management, and internal support processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow reliability, automation, and user experience.
