Family Law Attorney (Mostly Remote - Washington State)

Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 + Bonus Potential

A highly respected, forward-thinking family law practice is seeking a Washington-licensed Family Law Attorney (3+ years' experience) to join its growing, fully remote team. This firm is reimagining what family law can be-combining exceptional legal advocacy with emotional intelligence, compassion, and a more thoughtful, client-centered approach.

What You'll Do

• Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Provide strategic, thoughtful legal counsel to clients
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with a team committed to high-quality, compassionate outcomes

What You Bring

• Active Washington State Bar license (required)
• 3+ years of family law experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Experience or interest in litigation, mediation, or collaborative law
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Reliable availability for in-person court appearances and proceedings as needed
• Familiarity with King, Snohomish, or Pierce County courts (or ability to quickly learn)
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
