Analyst / Associate - Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager

• Support senior bankers in developing, exploring and maintaining relationships with the large-sized corporate clients, understanding their business model and the key industry driver/risk across Manufacturing / Industrial, Automobile, Chemical, Material industries to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services
• Analyse market trends, industry dynamics, and client feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external customers
• Perform financial modelling, corporate finance analysis and industry research and analysis
• Assist in managing and servicing accounts, including preparing credit memo, monitoring credit risk and performing annual review of the accounts
• Provide prompt response to customers’ inquiries in respect of all aspects of banking operations
• Collaborate and closely liaise with various internal stakeholders within the Bank (including cross-functional teams, product specialists and regional branches) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients
• Work with senior bankers to developing marketing plans to penetrate on existing / new customers
• Manage day-to-day execution and actively participate in due diligence processes across various transactions
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor degree with 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, or similar front office role in financial service sectors
• Preferably degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, Economics or Marketing; other relevant professional qualifications will be a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
