Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including conducting client meetings, preparing reports, and addressing inquiries
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
