Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively
Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including conducting client meetings, preparing reports, and addressing inquiries
Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution for clients
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
