Cargo Manager - Ground Handling

The Cargo Manager is r**Job Responsibilities:**Understand contract requirements and customer expectations. Thorough knowledge is based on budgetary responsibilities and financial responsibilities.Determine and maintain the necessary and appropriate amount of personnel and equipment necessary to fulfill these requirements.While understanding the work requirements, plan and organize the most efficient use of resources to meet these requirements through development and analysis of employee and equipment work schedules. Direct and control people and equipment to efficiently complete the tasks within established company standards. Cooperate with their manager / supervisor to allow them to perform or comply with any legal requirements imposed on the company.**Physical Requirements:** **Minimum Requirements:**Three years' progressive management experience in cargo/freight handling including customer service or bachelor's degree in business.Knowledge of applicable FAA regulations, including standard security programs and OSHA regulations.Working knowledge of various aircraft types.Computer skills are required.If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
