Employee Relations Specialist

Employee Relations SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Employee Relations Specialist with at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including workplace conflicts, complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy concerns.Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.Provide guidance to employees and management regarding company policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and employment practices.Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to address employee concerns and support effective conflict resolution.Assist with performance management matters, including disciplinary actions, coaching discussions, performance improvement plans, and terminations.Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and corrective actions.Identify trends in employee relations matters and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and reduce workplace risk.Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as organizational policies and procedures.Collaborate with Legal, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams on complex employee relations issues.Facilitate training programs focused on workplace conduct, harassment prevention, conflict resolution, and policy awareness.Support organizational initiatives that foster a respectful, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.Participate in policy development, updates, and employee communication efforts.Assist with employee engagement programs, surveys, and action planning initiatives.Provide support during organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning activities.Perform additional HR and employee relations duties as assigned.Qualifications:4+ years of Employee Relations experience.Work Site: On Site Employment Type: Temp to Hire Salary: $35-38/hrEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
