Marketing Designer

As a Marketing Designer, you will shape and strengthen the visual identity of a technology brand across multiple marketing channels. You will combine strong design fundamentals with advanced creative AI tools to produce distinctive, high-quality visual assets efficiently. Working closely with the Visual Designer and Design Lead, you will help develop AI-powered creative workflows and translate visual concepts into compelling marketing materials. Your work will span digital campaigns, website experiences, advertising, email communications, and event materials. Accountabilities

AI tools and creative workflows:

Help develop, refine, and scale internal AI-powered tools and workflows that support the team's visual direction and improve creative production. Marketing asset design:

Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, blog articles, presentations, and other promotional materials. Website and landing pages:

Design, develop, and update website pages and campaign-specific landing pages, maintaining visual consistency and an engaging user experience. Advertising creatives:

Produce effective banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other performance marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Email design:

Create visually engaging graphics and layouts for email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity. Event and conference materials:

Design presentation decks, exhibition booth graphics, printed materials, and other assets for industry events and conferences. AI-generated imagery and art direction:

Use creative AI tools to explore visual concepts, generate imagery, refine creative ideas, and establish a distinctive visual direction. Brand consistency:

Ensure all marketing materials follow established visual guidelines, with careful attention to typography, spacing, color, composition, and overall design quality. Cross-functional collaboration:

Work closely with the Visual Designer, Design Lead, and marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into polished, effective creative deliverables. Continuous innovation:

Stay informed about emerging creative AI tools and techniques, experiment independently, and identify opportunities to improve design processes and outcomes. Project ownership:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Requirements

Between

4 and 8 years of professional experience

designing marketing assets, websites, or both, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, or technology company. Strong proficiency in creative AI tools, with daily use of platforms such as Midjourney, Flora AI, Higgsfield, and Claude to support ideation, visual exploration, image generation, and creative production. A portfolio demonstrating how AI tools have been applied to real-world design projects, showcasing both creative experimentation and high-quality execution. Proven experience creating marketing visuals, digital assets, and/or website designs, supported by a strong understanding of visual communication and user interaction principles. Advanced practical proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems. Strong design fundamentals, including typography, spacing, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. Experience with art direction for AI-generated imagery and the ability to transform AI-generated concepts into cohesive, brand-aligned visual assets. Ability to work independently, explore creative directions without requiring fully detailed briefs, and identify appropriate tools and techniques to achieve the desired results. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several projects in parallel and deliver polished work within tight deadlines. Adaptability, initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset, particularly regarding emerging AI technologies and creative workflows. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback while maintaining creative ownership. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to experiment, iterate, and improve existing design processes.
