We can teach you the industry. We're looking for personality, integrity, drive, and someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships. This isn't a traditional desk sales job. You'll be out in the community developing referral partnerships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, and other local businesses.What You'll DoBuild and maintain referral partnershipsNetwork throughout the local business communityVisit and follow up with referral partnersAttend networking and community eventsGenerate new restoration opportunitiesTrack relationships and activity in our CRMRepresent Restoration 1 with professionalism and integrityWho We're Looking For Someone who is personable, confident, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
