What You'll Do:

As an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics, you will provide top-tier respiratory support and neuro diagnostic services in an adult ICU setting. You will be responsible for airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, and operating advanced equipment like Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 ventilators. Your expertise will help ensure optimal patient care during overnight shifts, working 3 nights per week (17:30 - 06:00).


Required Skills:

• Valid IN license in hand
• BLS, ACLS, NBRC RRT certifications
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in adult ICU settings
• Proficiency with airway management, vent management, ABGs, and oxygen therapy
• Strong documentation skills, preferably with Cerner system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in trauma, emergency room, or teaching hospital environments
• Knowledge of bronchoscopies and advanced pulmonary procedures
• Familiarity with additional equipment such as BiPAP and CPAP systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• In-person, accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CoARC & CHEA accreditation)
• At least 2 years of relevant ICU experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour nights)
• COVID and flu vaccinations required
• Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and shift rotation schedules
• Prior experience with Hamilton G5 and Philips V60 ventilators is highly desirable
