What You Will Need:

• NBRC RRT certification and IN state license (must be in hand to submit application)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care
• Proficiency in airway management, vent management, medication administration, ABGs, O2 therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Ability to float between NICU, PEDS acute care, and adult acute care settings
• Strong documentation skills with experience in Cerner system

Nice to Have:

• Experience in trauma, teaching hospital, and emergency room settings
• Familiarity with bronchoscopes, Hamilton G5, and Philips V60 equipment

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Prior experience working with pediatric and neuro diagnostic procedures

Other Requirements:

• COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required
• Willingness to work night shifts, 4x12-hour shifts (17:30 - 06:00), including holidays
