Job Description The Maintenance Manager oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department at the Windsor, CO plant. This individual coordinates repairs, schedules preventative maintenance, supervises technicians, manages work orders, and maintains compliance with safety standards and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees a team of six Electro-Mechanical Technicians Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work quality that is performed Administers the preventive maintenance program for all machinery and plant needs Responsible for maintenance inventory and parts ordering Works closely with Production Supervisors to schedule equipment maintenance activities Schedules building inspections in or to meet the compliance standards Coordin #J-18808-Ljbffr Intersand
