Area Manager Over the past seventeen years I have worked in talent acquisition and deployment, learning the staffing industry from the ground up. I joined Luttrell Staffing Group in 2022 and am currently the Area Manager overseeing Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo California branches. I was born and raised on the central coast of California. I enjoy golfing, hiking, camping, spending time with friends and family. - $24-30/ Hour
- Monday-Thursday | 6: 00am-4:30pm (4:10 Schedule)
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

- Manage all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment
- Loading and operating the machines
- Optimizing the machine capability
- Oversee maintenance and perform quality checks
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience
- Knowledge of operating CNC machinery & tooling
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
