Sales Executive

My Business Care Team

My Business Care Team (MyBCAT) creates systems that fill office appointment books and helps practices scale predictably through our Human + AI services. Currently serving optometry practices nationwide, were expanding into ophthalmology, dental, veterinary, and medical specialties. Following 200% growth in 2024, were seeking a proven sales hunter to drive expansion from $2M to $20M ARR.

The Opportunity:

Youll sell a transformative solution that eliminates the number one problem killing practice growth: missed patient calls. Our Remote Hospitality Centers combine professional live agents with AI technology to capture 100% of patient opportunities. Your mission is to find practices losing revenue to overwhelmed front desks and fix their patient acquisition problem permanently.

What Youll Do:

Self-source and close 10-15 new practices monthly ($35K-$50K MRR)

Own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts

Build relationships with practice owners, administrators, and private equity groups

Focus on multi-location groups (5‑50 locations per deal)

Penetrate new verticals: ophthalmology, dental, veterinary, and medical specialties

Create repeatable playbooks as we scale across healthcare sectors

What Were Looking For:

Proven Hunter:

Youve personally generated $1M+ ARR in the last 12 months

Healthcare Sales Experience:

You understand practice operations, patient flow, and front office chaos

Self‑Starter:

You build your own pipeline without needing marketing leads or SDR support

Metrics‑Driven:

You track calls, demos, proposals, and conversion rates religiously

Builder Mentality:

Comfortable in a scale‑up environment where process is still being defined

Requirements:

Track record of closing $10K+ monthly recurring revenue deals

Experience selling B2B SaaS or managed services to healthcareAbility to articulate ROI and build business cases for practice owners

Comfortable with both transactional velocity and complex enterprise sales

Evidence of consistent quota attainment (125%+ preferred)

Compensation Structure:

Base: $50K‑$60K (based on experience)

Commission: 15‑20% of new MRR (uncapped)

Trailing: 2% residual for 12 months on your accounts

OTE: $150K (expected), $250K+ (achievable for top performers)

Benefits: unlimited PTO, fully remote

The Reality:

Our previous sales hire couldnt self‑source deals. We need someone who wakes up hunting and goes to bed planning tomorrows attack. This role requires relentless prospecting, consultative selling, and the ability to close without excuses.

Were not another virtual assistant company or call center. Were building the operating system for medical practice front offices. Our CEO owns two optometry practices, so every solution is battle‑tested in real clinics. Were profitable, growing rapidly, and positioned to become the dominant patient acquisition platform for healthcare.
