Field Service Representative

Field Service RepresentativeSafran Landing Systems is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. In this customer-facing role, you will provide technical expertise and hands-on support for landing gear, wheels, brakes, systems, and equipment at a major aircraft final assembly line operating in a Part 21G environment. You will play a critical role in supporting aircraft delivery schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing Safran's commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.Role & Responsibilities: As a Field Service Representative, your main task will be to prepare, perform and record interventions on Aircraft such as:Diagnose and correct defects, discrepancies, or damage reported by the customerEmbodiment of design change or specific upgrades and retrofitsRemoval and replacement of componentsCompletion of travelled workExecution of vendor assist (customer requested support)You will represent Safran Landing Systems to our customers and maintain a professional image in line with Safran standards. You will be part of a local team of 7 Field Service Representatives located in proximity to our customers' facilities.
