Job Description Greet new customers and explain the difference between a regular dry cleaners and our dry cleaners. Answer telephone to provide information about services, hours of operation, prices in an efficient manner. Recommend and provide advice on the products and services we do. Maintain the store clean and neat. Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired. Advise customers on use and care of their articles. Monitor processes, materials and surroundings to detect and assess problems. Requirements Great sense of customer service is a MUST. Be able to successfully handle complaints and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner. Be able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Be able to effectively communicate in English. Be able to perform administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing minimal amount of paperwork. No experience needed, training provided.
