Senior Manager of Finance

Addison Group is representing infrastructure design company that is seeking a skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Corporate Operations, and Engineering to drive business performance through data-driven insights and financial strategy
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure alignment with corporate goals
- Develop new processes and implement financial models to assess key business decisions and initiatives
- Present KPIs and financial analysis to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Prior experience supporting and analyzing capital project and capex
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry required
- Ability to navigate complex financial challenges and provide strategic recommendations
Our client offers:
- $180,000 to $200,000 base salary range dependent on experience, additional bonus potential.
