- Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurant concepts and cuisines
- Strong background in:
- Asian cuisine
- American classics
- Elevated dinner programs
- Hawaiian or island-inspired cuisine preferred
- Deep understanding of:
- P&L management
- Food and labor cost controls
- Inventory systems
- Recipe costing and menu engineering
- SOP and systems development
- Experience leading high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurant operations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and inspire teams
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality, culture, and guest experience
