Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required
• 1 year of level 1 trauma acute care experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• State license required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Start time may be flexible up to 8:00 AM
• Weekend requirement: one weekend during a 4 week period, including Saturday and Sunday, with a day off during the applicable week
• May float within scope to other therapy service lines to meet patient care needs
