Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,347-$2,451 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days Start date: 06/29/2026 Setting: long-term care environment (nursing home) Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations of posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength; develop individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and independence. Implement therapy to improve activities of daily living, such as standing from a chair and stair negotiation, for residents in a long-term care setting. Lead and direct delivery of physical therapy services in the long-term care setting in accordance with applicable regulations and the facility’s policies and procedures. Monitor resident progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to supervising clinicians as required. Requirements Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Missouri (state of employment). Minimum 1 year of PT experience (required). LTC or Rehab experience (required). Education: degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Documentation: ability to provide license verification and certifications, plus submissions such as a skills checklist (within 1 year of submission date) and references. Valid driver’s license in Missouri. Ability to work in a long-term care setting and meet the job’s travel requirements.
