About the Role:
Silvercomm Connect Professionals LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist to join our growing telecommunications team in Narvon, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch or grow your career in the Telecom or IT industry while making a real difference for our customers every day. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot basic telecommunications service issues including connectivity, billing, and account management
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary
- Guide customers through self-service tools and account portals
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution (FCR) metrics
- Stay current on telecom products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or telecommunications experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot telecom or internet service issues
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard computer applications
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends if needed
