Associate Veterinarian, Emergency & Urgent Care

Flagstaff Veterinary Clinic is an independent, owner-operated emergency and urgent care hospital, and we're growing fast. We're looking for an associate veterinarian who loves the pace and problem-solving of emergency medicine but is done with the parts of the job that burn good doctors out. A schedule that lets you have a life. Our doctors work a three-day week. A client policy that actually protects you. This is the part candidates usually ask about twice. We have zero tolerance for abusive, threatening, or harassing client behavior, and we mean it. Ownership steps in to handle difficult clients directly so our doctors and staff don't have to absorb that treatment as part of the job. What you'll do

You'll see a steady mix of emergency and urgent care cases, from stabilization and diagnostics to surgery, collaborating closely with our nursing team and fellow doctors. You'll have the autonomy to practice good medicine and the support to do it well, in a hospital that's busy enough to keep your skills sharp and organized enough that busy doesn't mean miserable.
