Inside Sales - Assistant Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inside Sales - Assistant Solutions based in United States.

This role focuses on generating new business by engaging inbound leads and proactively developing prospective client relationships.
You will manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through contract close, while communicating the value of professional accounting solutions.
The position combines consultative selling, lead generation, relationship building, CRM management, and revenue development.
You will work closely with marketing, business development, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen the sales funnel.
Success requires strong organization, responsiveness, persuasive communication, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
The role is fully remote and relies heavily on phone, video conferencing, CRM, and other digital collaboration tools.
With a base rate of $18 per hour plus commission opportunities, the position offers potential total annual compensation of up to $132,000.

• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for new client contracts generated through inbound leads and proactive prospecting.
• Prospect daily across existing leads, referrals, partnerships, and internal databases to identify new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales leads and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospects through phone calls, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms.
• Develop, present, and execute plans designed to generate new client contracts and achieve revenue and activity targets.
• Communicate the value of accounting solutions and guide prospects toward appropriate solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain thorough CRM records covering opportunities, activities, tasks, sequences, funnel stages, and sales progress.
• Create binding agreements and ensure required implementation fees and payment arrangements are completed for newly contracted clients.
• Provide agreement-creation support for other sales team members when needed.
• Create and manage opportunities for assigned prospects and ensure all daily and overdue CRM tasks are completed.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain relevant sales resources and support effective lead generation.
• Work with leadership, business development, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen the sales funnel and execute partnership initiatives.
• Participate in phone calls, virtual meetings, and occasional onsite interactions while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales or related professional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with prospects and establish productive client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self-starter who can work with a high degree of autonomy in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position cannot currently be filled by employees residing in California, New York, Illinois, or Oregon due to employment and tax compliance considerations.

• Base pay of $18 per hour .
