Many have backgrounds in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, or other related fields. What Will You Do? Work in our storefronts or directly in the community, driving our mobile scan vans to community centers, gyms, workplaces, health fairs, clinics, and other locations Perform DEXA scans and receive best‑in‑class training, with full coverage of DEXA technician licensing costs Take ownership of your events from set‑up to tear‑down, exemplifying excellence in service delivery and customer service while positively impacting dozens of people each day Perform general administrative and maintenance duties related to our storefront, machines, vans, and equipment Assist with other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team Requirements Work a Friday–Tuesday schedule on a consistent basis Standardized test scores (e.g., SAT, ACT, ASVAB) are optional and not a sole factor in hiring decisions Each shift is 8 hours, with event start and end times typically between 7 am and 8 pm, allowing for travel time to venues Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.39/hour ($46,571 annualized at 40 hrs/week) Performance Bonus: Up to 7 % of base annually ($3,260) – half paid in cash ($1,630), half in stock options Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when monthly goals are met ($6,000 annually; 9 out of 12 months in 2025) Total Cash Compensation: Up to $54,201 Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Sick leave
