Company DescriptionAramark Food Services is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Regional Manager to oversee operations across Leinster on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of business contracts, leading high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across the region.Job DescriptionLead, support and develop a high-performing team of Front Line Managers across the region.Establish clear, consistent and effective communication channels across all sites.Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring service expectations are understood and delivered.Support contract negotiations for new, retained and underperforming contracts, ensuring client requirements are fully understood.Deliver financial commitments across the region, including revenue, margin management, cost control and trading profit.Review and interpret key performance and metric reports relating to financial performance, labour productivity and food productivity.Ensure compliance with company systems, standards and processes across all operational areas.Collaborate with Front Line Managers, peers and internal partners to deliver the regional business plan.Oversee consumer relations activity, including completion of annual surveys as agreed with the Regional Operations Director.Take ownership of quality, health, safety and compliance activities across the region.Comply with the Business Conduct Policy at all times and promote a professional image of Aramark.QualificationsMinimum of five years’ experience in contract services, retail operations, hospitality or facilities management at middle management level within a demanding environment.Proven operational management experience, ideally within a multi-site environment.Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience managing within a P&L environment.Excellent people management skills, with a strong track record of developing and motivating teams.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with geographically dispersed teams.Customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective client, customer and employee relationships.Results-driven, with proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.Strong presentation skills and the flexibility to travel as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated regional leader to make a meaningful impact within Aramark Food Services, supporting operational excellence, client satisfaction and continued business growth across Leinster and Munster.Additional InformationAbout Aramark Aramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
