We aim for 100% and go the extra mile — every time.As our Business Development Representative, you will be a driving force behind our growth — identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, and homeowners across our three territories.Key responsibilities include:Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social mediaBuild and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionalsEducate prospective clients on the value of our restoration services and tailor solutions to their needsPartner with our marketing team to create and execute targeted lead-generation campaignsSchedule and lead meetings with prospective clients to present customized restoration solutionsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity and follow-ups in our CRMCoordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to project executionMonitor customer satisfaction through follow-up calls, visits, and satisfaction survey reviewsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsWhat we're looking for includes:Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally in restoration, insurance, or a related industrySolid understanding of the restoration industry — its key players, trends, and challengesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trustConfidence setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes, and community eventsA self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeedThe ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offer includes:Full-time position with competitive base salary + commission structureCompany vehicle and company phonePaid training and career advancement opportunitiesPTO, vacation, and holiday payOnline mobile training coursesA supportive, collaborative team environmentThe chance to make a real difference — helping people and communities in times of needReady to grow with us?
