The Opportunity The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a highly visible role focused on supporting the Global Process Engineering team with day‑to‑day capital spending and cash‑flow activities, while providing analysis that supports overall operations finance. You will partner with senior leaders, operations managers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver decision‑making support for key deliverables and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support capital strategic business plans and 5‑year forecasts. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of capital reporting, aligning elements with US GAAP. Develop annual capital budgets and month‑to‑month capex forecasts, including variance analysis. Create presentations for senior management and assist with executive briefings. Maintain rolling forecast (3 months) and 13‑week capital cash‑flow forecast for Treasury. Conduct capex analyses for major projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Review financial analysis for small plant projects, capturing benefits and continuous improvement opportunities. Provide financial consulting on strategic initiatives to maintain focus on capex budget and priorities. Support special projects across the Operations team. Deliver ad‑hoc reports and analysis for business requests. Rapidly gain detailed understanding of product/services and operations sites. About You BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. 5‑10years of experience in financial analysis, planning, reporting, or FP&A. Experience with SAP, Planful, OneStream, Power BI, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable solutions. Business acumen with ability to communicate with executives in business terms. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and manage tasks without direct supervision. Detail‑oriented, deadline‑focused, and collaborative. Strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced Excel modeling and data‑mining skills. Occasional travel (typically Drive for results, ownership mindset, and customer focus.
