Apply now to become part of our team and immerse yourself in a world of extraordinary opportunities!Role and Responsibilities:As a Handyman for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, the ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and the ability to perform various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action.Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Qualifications:Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.Outstanding skills in drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition.Worked in residential projects, understand the "white glove" service standard.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.A valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 yearsStrong problem solving skillsPerks and Benefits:Competitive pay rate with potential bonusCompany-issued uniform, tools, equipment and protective gearOpportunities for advancement within the companyMedical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days)401(k) retirement plan (after 90 days)Paid time off and company holidaysInterview Process:Initial Video Interview with RecruiterIn-person interview with Superintendent and Operation Manager (Please bring a copy of your resume to the interview)Please prepare your work/project/showcase and demonstrate in the interview.Pre-Employment Requirements:All employees must successfully pass a background check, reference check, and drug test.Details:Job Type: Full-time, not remoteWork hours: Monday to Friday (starting 6:30 am)Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (Salary), starting hourlyPay Structure: Bi-weekly paydays with direct depositElevate your career with Attic Projects, where opportunities soar, success reflects!At Attic Projects, we recognize that embracing diverse perspectives is crucial for fostering innovation and achieving success.
