We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a **Field Service Representative** in **Southwest VT & Northwest MA****.**This is an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-moving, patient-focused setting amongst extraordinarily talented professionals dedicated to making life-changing innovation possible in orthopedics and beyond with brands such as DonJoy, Aircast, ProCare, and Exos.**Key Responsibilities:***The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.** Provides account management, manages day-to-day service operations for DME programs, and provides instruction for appropriate use and application of products.* Verifies patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and/or upfront collection of patient responsibility.* Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Field Service Teams to make modifications to improve DME inventory program performance.* Travels within designated territory, monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels using inventory valuation methods, tracking orders, and investigating problems.* Serves as a liaison between the customer, Enovis, and the Sales Team.* Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.**Minimum Basic Qualifications:*** A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.* Minimum of 4 years’ experience with direct patient care, preferably in an orthopedic, physical therapy, or athletic training environment, or related experience.* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.* Demonstrated patient care experience.* Experience dealing with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic.* Demonstrated experience with the application of soft goods/functional bracing.* Previous experience with inventory management programs and/or EMRs.* Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.* Must satisfy third-party credentialing/screening requirements to gain access to hospital accounts.* Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.* Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials, such as active Athletic Training licensure, Board of Certification (BOC), American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo), Physical Therapy Certification (PTA), or related.**Desired Qualifications:*** Experience with and knowledge of insurance reimbursement/DME billing requirements**Work Environment | Physical Demands:*** Provides patient care in physician’s offices, hospitals, and/or clinics, etc.* This job involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.* Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.* Travel Requirements: May be required to travel up to 10-90% of the time, but overnight travel is not required.* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.*Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
