You'll be responsible for maintaining multiple residential communities while delivering exceptional service to residents and supporting the property management team.Typical responsibilities include:Responding to maintenance service requests in occupied apartmentsCompleting apartment turns to prepare homes for new residentsTroubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building systemsPerforming preventative maintenance to keep communities operating efficientlyAssisting with HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (experience preferred)Traveling to nearby sister properties as needed using a company-provided vehicleParticipating in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergenciesProviding outstanding customer service while interacting professionally with residents and team membersMaintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a safe and professional mannerWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for reliable, motivated technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy solving maintenance challenges.Preferred Qualifications1–3+ years of residential maintenance experience (multifamily/apartment maintenance strongly preferred)Experience performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairsBasic HVAC knowledge; EPA certification is a plusStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsComfortable participating in an on-call rotationWillingness to travel between nearby sister properties when neededRequirementsValid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards (DMV check required)Reliable transportation to report to workAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checkAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform the physical demands of the positionCompensation & BenefitsWhat You'll ReceiveCompetitive starting pay beginning at $22/hour, with higher compensation considered based on experience, certifications, apartment maintenance expertise, HVAC knowledge, and overall technical skillsetCompany vehicle provided for work-related travel—no putting extra miles on your personal vehicle while on the jobStable full-time employment with an established and growing property management companyOpportunities for advancement and continued career growthSupportive leadership and a team-oriented work environmentA diverse workload that keeps every day engaging while allowing you to continue developing your technical skillsWhy You'll Love This OpportunityIf you're looking for more than just another maintenance job, this could be the right fit.
