Job Description Executive Chef – Public Market & Multi-Concept Kitchen Location: Quakertown, PA Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (Full-Time) Are you a passionate chef who enjoys leading a team, creating exceptional food, and developing exciting new menu ideas? We're looking for an experienced Executive Chef to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant concepts within our busy public market in Quakertown. Our market has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service, consistently high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of 1–4 quick-service restaurant concepts under one roof. Lead, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment. Maintain consistency and quality across all food offerings. Develop creative seasonal specials and new menu items. Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste. Maintain compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards. Work closely with ownership to improve operations and enhance the guest experience. Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and a hands-on management style. Qualifications Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager experience. Experience managing multiple food concepts or high-volume kitchens is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for food quality, creativity, and continuous improvement. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to hospitality. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
