Proposal Manager

Managing the pursuit tracking system remotely, the full-time Proposal Manager will oversee pre-sales processes, ensuring timely proposal submissions and effective communication among team members while maintaining accountability across active opportunities. Key responsibilities Own and maintain the pursuit tracking system, ensuring accurate deadlines and statuses for all active pursuits Run weekly pursuit standup meetings, facilitating discussions and updating tracking systems in real time Proactively monitor pursuit health and engineer capacity, escalating potential risks to ensure deadlines are met Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, pre-sales support, or proposal management Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing tracking systems and creating reports Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and communicate effectively with technical and sales teams
