What You'll Actually Do Master Insurance Verification: Meticulously verify coverage before services are provided, prevent claim denials, and maximize revenue capture Excel at Financial Counseling: Confidently explain costs, billing processes, and insurance complexities to patients in a way they understand Solve Billing Problems: Proactively identify and resolve insurance discrepancies and billing issues before they impact revenue Drive Patient Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service even during difficult financial conversations - keeping patients happy while handling payment matters Be the Face of AFC: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism that makes AFC stand out in healthcare Own the Front Desk Flow: Process payments, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins with lightning efficiency Protect Patient Information: Maintain organized records while strictly following HIPAA regulations This Role is Perfect for You If You have experience with insurance verification and medical billing (non-negotiable!)
