Sport Clips in Fairlawn is now hiring Licensed Cosmetologists that are interested in becoming an Assistant Manager to help support in leading & growing our team. This opportunity would be perfect for an experienced cosmetologist ready to grow into a leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair. We provide a leadership program to support you in your career development goals. At Sport Clips we deliver an Ultimate haircut experience for the clients. We focus on quality haircuts, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a fun, energetic, sports-themed environment. Responsibilities Include: Providing Quality Haircuts & Mens grooming Delivering our Signature MVP Experience (hot towel, scalp massage, neck + shoulder treatment) Excelling in client satisfaction Contributing to a Positive, Upbeat Atmosphere What We Offer: $25-$35/hr (hourly + tips included) plus commission opportunities Instant Clientele! no need to build your book Fun, team-oriented environment Paid Vacation- Up To 3 weeks/year!
