Regional Property Manager: Turnaround & Lease-Up Leader

MPI is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations across distressed and new construction leasing at a Dallas-area portfolio. You will conduct site visits, manage evictions, and restore occupancy while driving rapid lease-up and stabilization of Class A assets. You’ll coordinate pricing strategies, marketing, and concessions with ownership, and oversee on-site teams, vendors, and maintenance. Travel weekly within TX is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Michael Page
