Sr Workday Analyst - Payroll, Benefits, Absence

IDR is seeking a Sr Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers an exciting chance to work within a leading organization that specializes in HR solutions. The position involves supporting and enhancing key Workday modules related to payroll, benefits, and absence, contributing to the organizations talent acquisition and HR operational efficiencies.

Position Overview for the Sr Workday Analyst:

• Responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules.
• Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system solutions.
• Works on developing, testing, and maintaining integrations and configurations within Workday.
• Provides training and support to team members on new and existing talent technology processes.
• Contributes to projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness concerning talent management systems.

Requirements for the Sr Workday Analyst:

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions.
• Experience supporting payroll processing cycles, time tracking operations, absence management activities, testing, configuration, and stakeholder management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
