It comprises Collins Aerospace, Pratt&Whitney, and Raytheon. Role Overview Join the Global Time & Labor Management Team as part of RTX Enterprise Services. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of international time feeds, leads implementation projects, and resolves complex problems. Responsibilities Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe. Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for payroll and document and update procedures. Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely. Audit, analyze, identify, and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems. Understand proper taxation of employer-paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for supported countries. Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions. Provide excellent customer service. Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality. Qualifications – Must Have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree. In the absence of a degree, 6 years of applicable relevant experience may be considered. 2 years of experience with payroll/labor. 2+ years of experience with enterprise payroll software such as Workday, ADPEV5, and ADP Workforce Manager. Experience and knowledge of payroll best practices. Preferred Qualifications Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels. Solid experience with third-party payroll providers such as ADP. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: 68,900USD – 131,100USD.
