Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a growing distribution and warehouse operation. This position is a role that combines administrative responsibilities with warehouse coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both office work and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Job Summary

Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with transportation carriers
Monitor shipment status and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and shipping needs
Direct incoming drivers and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse personnel
Audit shipments for accuracy prior to departure
Process shipping documentation and invoicing
Monitor and respond to shipping-related emails and inquiries
Assist with order fulfillment and warehouse operations as needed

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay

$20.00/hour

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, or administrative experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience working with inventory, warehouse management, transportation, or ERP systems preferred
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform basic math and inventory-related calculations
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and order information
High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move throughout the warehouse as needed
Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
