ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and I’m excited to build something special as we grow. Right now, our team includes one team member plus myself, and I’m looking to add motivated people who want to be part of an agency that’s building momentum from day one. Before opening my office, I worked for a State Farm agent for four years, and prior to that I built my career in logistics sales — so I’m no stranger to working hard, setting goals, and earning results.

I attended the University of Minnesota, and outside of the office you’ll usually find me golfing, playing pickleball, or catching a game — I’m a big sports fan and I love staying active. That same energy carries into our office culture too. We keep things fun, upbeat, and positive, with open and honest communication and a true team mindset.

For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. I’m looking for someone outgoing, driven, and full of integrity — someone who brings a great attitude, wants to grow, and enjoys working in an energetic environment. Sales experience is a plus, but the right personality and work ethic matter most. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jason Putnam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
