\n\n Recruiting Coordinator Job Duties\n

\n Make outbound calls and connect with candidates through texts, emails, and Indeed to generate interest in available job opportunities.\n
\n - \n
\n Schedule and conduct interviews to learn about candidates' skills, experience, and employment goals.\n
\n - \n
\n Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available talent to support our clients' hiring needs.\n
\n - \n
\n Keep candidate records organized and up to date, including interview notes and recruiting activity.\n
\n - \n
\n Work closely with the recruiting team to fill open positions, support recruiting campaigns, and achieve branch goals.\n
\n
\n Schedule: \n

\n Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM\n
\n - \n
\n Overtime and weekends required as needed\n
\n
\n Pay: \n
\n\n $19.50–$23.00 per hour\n
