• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more comprehensive screenings
• Maintain engagement with leads to ensure continued interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
