Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumbing Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of plumbing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and mechanical system installations for commercial and residential projects.

• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to meet deadlines and cost objectives.

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

• Resolve project-related issues efficiently and provide technical support as needed.

• Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and change orders to stakeholders.

• Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical project management.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical design principles, and building codes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with LEED standards and sustainable plumbing practices is a plus.

• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Work Environment:

• This role involves working in an office setting with frequent travel to project sites.

• Requires interaction with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

• Some evening or weekend work may be necessary depending on project deadlines.
