Plumbing Project Manager

Plumbing Project Manager position in the Orange County, CA.
This is a permanent, full-time job offering a great salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large pre-existing Commercial Plumbing Projects.
- Meet with Owners, GC's, subcontractors and vendors.
- Submit change-orders and RFI’s.
- Track construction schedules and budget.
- Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget.
Requirements:
- Local.
- Bachelors in Construction or similar preferred.
- Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for large, commercial plumbing Construction company.
- Prior experience working with MS Excel, BlueBeam, MS Project, Quickpen, and/or Estimating software preferred.
