This 10-12 week internship within the Digital and Operational Excellence Center of Excellence supports global safety and environmental initiatives through process improvement, data analytics, and operational efficiency projects. The intern will contribute to digital transformation efforts and help enhance business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives within Safety & Environment organization
- Assist with data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting activities
- Document business processes, requirements, and standard work procedures
- Contribute to change management and training support activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field
- Completed minimum two years of college coursework
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and ability to learn new tools
- Capacity to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
