Salary: $75000 + DOE

Keithly Williams Seeds, a large, established, Vegetable Seed Dealer is looking for a highly qualified in-person Office/ Warehouse Manager for our office in Santa Maria, California.

Position Overview:

Primary responsibility is to satisfy customer and sales representative inquiries, insure timely and accurate processing of delivery tickets and invoices, maintain warehouse, including receiving incoming deliveries and preparing items for delivery. Local deliveries will also be required. Position is responsible for the maintenance and updating of information for purchases and deliveries in our computer system. Prepare all necessary paperwork for the sale and delivery of seed and manufactured parts and equipment. Assist sales personnel and other offices with the sale and/or transfer of seed as deemed necessary. Provide inventory, open sales orders and purchase order reports to assigned sales representative(s). Complete all warehouse duties, including maintenance of office, maintaining office supplies, safe operation of company vehicle and forklift operation.

Educational Skills:

1. High school degree or equivalent
2. College Degree, Agriculture or Business related preferred

Experience and Background:

1. Three + years experience in a fast paced office environment
2. Above average computer skills - to include above average excel skills

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Valid drivers license in state of residence and good driving record
2. Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
3. bilinqual, English and Spanish a plus
4. Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
5. Excellent phone skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet database and other computer-based programs
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, adjust to computer and pricing updates and stay focused on organization and efficiency in all areas of rotating paperwork
   
9. Ability to work in the U.S.
