Specific duties would include but are not limited to:Supporting assigned programs and proposals from a GSC perspectiveCollaborate with various organizations such as Contracts, Program Office, Business Management, E&P and other GSC C2MP OU personnel etc. to:Develop/understand the proposal/execution strategy and structuresDevelop Key Suppliers/sources for entry into key programs and Industry Technology areasReview and understand supplier proposalsReview and work Costed Bill of Materials and BOEsCompletion and management of ISP from proposal phase through executionReview Shop Orders and support execution through receiptDefine and develop material strategy for each programManage/report and forecast material cost/performance of assigned program/s (Material Receipt Tool, CMEs, IPRS, COGNOS)Interface/collaborate with other functions of the program teamUnderstand/ensure the overarching goals of the division are being supported as well as the GSC organizationMaintain a strong business acumen and ability to operate in a face paced development environment that consists of leading-edge technology suppliers and non-traditional supply base.Interface with supply baseIdentify areas of opportunity for process improvement and support implementationSupport Statement of Work (SOW) creation for subcontract activitiesParticipate in Onboarding technology sourcesLocation: Linthicum, MDHybrid Work ScheduleQualifications - ExternalBachelors' DegreeMinimum 6 years relevant experience (e.g. cost account management, business management, supply chain, supplier financial reporting/forecasting and supplier/program/product scheduling); 4+ Years with MastersHigh level of proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP.U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearanceAbility to work in a team environment while also being able to work independently with limited oversightPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business, Global Supply Chain or Project ManagementExperience conducting oral presentations to senior leadershipKnowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or trainingWorking level knowledge of Business LawRisk mitigation experienceSalary Range: $82,400.00 - $123,600.00Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
