Client Success Representative
$20 per hourWe are seeking a dedicated, personable, and high-energy Client Success Representative to join our team. To succeed in this role, you must possess natural tenacity and the drive to excel in a performance-driven environment. If you have a passion for providing top-tier customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you. This role focuses heavily on client engagement, proactive problem resolution, and improving client retention to drive long-term loyalty and success. Pay: $20/hr (English only); $21/hr (English/Spanish) Shifts: 9 AM - 530 PM; 11 AM - 730 PM; 1230 PM - 9 PM Schedule -- Monday - Friday (NO WEEKENDS) Position Type: Temp to Hire salary: $20 - $21 per hour

- Onboarding & Engagement: Proactively schedule and conduct client onboarding calls utilizing our scheduling software. Guide new clients through the setup process while educating them on the immense value and benefits of our services.
- Relationship Management: Foster solid, trusting relationships with clients to promote long-term retention, prioritizing their unique needs, goals, and financial challenges.
- Retention & Save Strategies: Execute personalized strategies directly with at-risk clients who are considering canceling, effectively addressing their concerns to improve overall satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve complex problems, and coordinate with internal teams for swift resolutions—anticipating client needs before they escalate.
- Data & Account Monitoring: Monitor client file activity, payment schedules, and feedback to actively identify at-risk accounts.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain meticulous, detailed records of all client interactions, resolutions, and outcomes in our CRM system in accordance with company compliance standards.
