Receiving Lead

Job Description Total compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 / hour As a Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for managing the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. You will also process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report these items to the Inventory Control Team. You will work closely with the management team to ensure an adequate level of product is in stock for customer purchase, that the merchandise is properly maintained, and that the merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Key responsibilities: Managing backroom operations and receiving products into the POS system. Keeping inventory organized and accurately counted. Processing weekly pallets. Processing damaged or defective items and reporting to inventory control. Ensuring adequate stock levels and proper merchandising. Maintaining store presentation and housekeeping. Qualifications Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience. Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash. Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail. Open mind, eager to learn and be part of the riding community. Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro). Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not required but a plus).
